A quick meeting where we get to know you, your lifestyle, your budget, your schedule and everything you're looking for in a new home.

02 | Pre-Construction

After being retained, we collaborate with you to decide whether your build will be semi-custom or fully custom. Our architects and design team then work diligently to create the blueprints and design selections. Once these are finalized, we bid the project for a final budget. Following any necessary adjustments, we finalize the construction agreement and scope-of-work, setting the stage for bringing your dream home to life with precision and care.

03 | Build/Project Completion

Your build journey, guided by our expert Project Manager, begins with a focus on quality and transparency, using BuilderTrend for progress updates. As completion nears, we conduct a thorough inspection followed by a detailed walk-through with Eric Reidinger. Upon moving in, you'll receive a comprehensive Homeowner Manual and benefit from a 1-year warranty with scheduled touch-ups, ensuring lasting satisfaction in your new EBC custom home.
